[There is darkness here but unlike the one you came from, it is the darkness of the great beasts of long ago. There is sulfur in the air and the smell of wet rain, the richness of freshly turned dirt, of coppery blood and sweets of grass and leaves. It is a cold darkness as a cool breeze blows and the smell of leather and scales and feathers fill your senses. There is an ancient feeling: this is the wild, the primitive dark, the olden dark before man. This is the dark of the dreams dying beasts and the thump that goes into the night.

You may wander but there is nothing to see except in faint bits, like interrupted frequencies, an eye, a tree, a stream.]
