Appearance: Female and human, roughly in her 40's and too thin. She has pale skin and hair, but the coloring is just a little inhuman. The main color to her is a pair of incredibly deep blue eyes. She wears loose, off-white, Grecian-style clothing that makes her look both paler and smaller than she is. Her hair is often in disarray, and her overall appearance often appears untended.
Despite looking small, underfed, and wafty, when Dellen isn't having an episode, she has a very commanding and warm presence. There is, at all times, a surprising 'weight' about her that marks her unmistakably as divine.

Characteristics: Nurturing, monogamous, lesbian, obsessive, demanding, needy, devoted, nonfatal self sacrifice, yandere.

Likes: Faithful loving monogamous relationships, being understanding of her, sacrifice for the betterment of others, expressions of love (even twisted ones).

Dislikes: Death (human only), poly/orgies/unfaithfulness, material selfishness, rejection, lack of understanding, talking badly about humans, nature.

Shrine: Pale sandstone slab at ground level, behind it is a stack of precarious sandstone making a narrow pillar. On top of the pillar is a large bowl (but with cracks instead of bubbles) filled with crystal clear water.

Ritual: Stand on the slab and place your (CLEAN) hands in the bowl to get her attention. Once the agreement is made, place your sacrifice on the slab and sprinkle some water from the bowl onto it.

I'm glad as well. It would probably be terrible for humans to lose the moons.

We did not do well without it, no. 'Moons', as in plural? Do you have multiple here?

Their gods, you mean? Oh, I suppose for certain definitions of it. Or they used to, but who knows how things have changed now.

To have let the world get to the state it's currently in, with no less than three moons illuminating the sky, I can't imagine... Lady Dellen, what did happen here?

Though I think you are a bit confused as to the function of our moons. They were no help at all, really.

What? The moons, none of them? They just sat back and... Th-That is unthinkable.

[puts a hand on hers]

The moons do not live. Not as you do. The gods... well. We all did what we could. But it isn't so easy as that.

[Squeezes that hand back] No, I... I should think that for it to get this far, it must have been a great deal more complicated than simply 'beasts on the rise'. But you see... It was always the way. When I was growing up, they would tell stories, of ogres and demons and monsters that lurk in the night, but no matter how dark it became the moon could still shine her gentle light for us. Whether bright in the sky, or one of the days when she would leave and descend to earth, the silver maiden would always be protecting humanity. When she was captured it was... Chaos is to put it lightly. There was no protection at all, that's why we had to work so hard to bring her back. And here, to think they do nothing at all while this happens around them... Well, that was my greatest sense of security.

[Her hands may be faintly tremoring as she speaks, despite her bright smile] I suppose that job falls to me now, doesn't it! Mayhaps I can pick up the slack.

[squeezes her hand back and holds it firmly]

We are happy for any help you can offer, but don't be reckless. It seems many lost much of their power in the... transfer.

That would be most unfortunate. But, even as a regular human, I was very good at killing monsters you know. I'll simply have to get myself some knives, and more battle appropriate attire. As lovely as these robes are, they're hardly practical.

Unfortunately I have no weapons to offer. But most of the other gods do. Armor... may have to be crafted yourself, but you seem very self sufficient.

Honestly, I would settle for some pants. What I lack in the way of defense could at least be made up for with speed.

Since you have already expressed your intentions to do quite a favor for quite a many of my less sanitary children.
