Appearance: White, curly hair at about chin length. Round face, lean build, pale in the "doesn't go out in the sun like ever" kind of way. Wears a lot of strong make-up. Somewhere in her thirties physically, and short. Wears either social dresses or tuxedos with top hats in black and white with red accents. Characteristics: Risk-taking, energetic, impulsive, underhanded, manipulative (goal-oriented), fickle, open-minded, teasing, affectionate, no personal space, talkative, nosy, two-faced, attention-needy, addicted, indulgent, selfish. Likes: Gambling, trickery (either with intent to gain or parlor tricks), winning, parties, drinking, dressing up, twisting the truth to get what she wants, getting what she wants, cheating, talking, meeting new people, being the center of attention. Dislikes: Getting caught, punishment, playing by the rules, rule-sticklers, lie detectors, being forgotten, being alone, having to be quiet, giving things away for free, psychics.
Shrine: An ornate black and gold roulette wheel on a black, Greek-pillar inspired stand. Carved into the upper side of the stand is a cup which holds a small white ball*. *note that she doesn't take to attempts to steal the ball very well. Anybody who does so will find themselves with continuous bad luck to varying degrees until it is returned. Ritual: Spin the roulette wheel with the knob and roll the ball into it (chances are good she’ll come if you say her name, though. She won’t turn down the opportunity to talk to someone).

Ve~! Do I get to spin it? I love roulette, it looks so fun, but you never get to spin the wheel in the casino!

[She doesn't even wait for further instructions, just drops the little white ball and gives the roulette wheel a spin, giggling excitedly all the while. Spin, wheelie, spin!]

[She stares at the woman in amazement. Where did she come from]

I didn't see you there! Yes, I like roulette. The spinning wheel looks fun and I like to guess the numbers.

[A quick glance to Tyki, but puts most of her attention on Felicia.]

I think it's the patrons who have more fun than the house--they're the ones actually playing, after all.

Who are you? Do you work here?

Something like that! I'm one of the gods of this world. [Gestures around to the other shrines.]

Oh! [She grins widely.] So you're the goddess Felicia! The goddess of honesty and protector of everyone!

[Laughs.] Something like that! I do have a few safety nets to keep them safe.

[pizzaitaliana]

Safety nets? What safety nets? Would you protect me, too?

Yes! All I require is a little payment.

[pizzaitaliana]

Ve? I could cook something nice for you!

That's a wonderful offer, but not usually the kind of payment I'm looking for.

[Pulls a card out of her pocket and holds it out for Felicia--on it is a list of what she'll take and what she'll give.] This will give you a better idea what I mean.

But I can't do anything of that! And lying's awful anyway!

[... Taps her cheek with her finger.] Yes, yes, I offer a variety of choices for a reason! Do you mean you can't go out into nature?
