Albinia

Albinia
Science, Responsibility, Ice

❧ Played by Sair
Appearance: As a human, she’s a grown woman, with pale skin, long light colored hair, and light blue eyes. She will never smile and either has a distant look or disapproving look most of the time.

Characteristics: Stern, serious, cold, reserved, scientific, socially awkward, rational.

Likes: Order, rules, responsibility, self-control, logic, science (Of all kinds, except mad scientist science.), scientific method, ice, frozen goods, ice sculptures (the one form of art she really enjoys), her sister, and she shares a joy of balance, dichotomy, and most importantly, popcorn with her sister.

Dislikes: Chaos, rule breaking, lack of control, irresponsibility, idiocy, mad scientist art, spicy food, hot drinks, most other forms of art, most things Kalidas likes, people who do not like popcorn, her sister, people messing with her sister.
Shrine: An ice sculpture of a circular archway. The ice never melts and it’s cold to the touch, though people won’t ever get stuck to it. (Unless they lick it, in which case, they’ll be stuck there for an hour at least.)

Ritual: To summon her, the person needs to put their hand on the statue and list off some science type fact. (It does not necessarily need to be correct, just be something sciencey.)

NOTE: For those who are approved to be assistants or guinea pigs, you basically get a unit pay.
Assistants (teacher): 3 Units per class.
Assistants (experiments): 7 Units per experiment session
Guinea Pigs: 10 Units per time you’re being tested on

NOTE 2: If there’s a high chance your character will be dickish to her/does terribly irresponsible things that hurt other people on a regular basis/is one of those guys who murders people, it would probably be better to actually thread that out because Albinia is finicky.

What do you mean 'side effects,' and what do you mean 'something else'?
ibedeadpeople: (umm but don't we need kidneys?)

How would it affect me? Like catching a rash? or like puking my guts out? And what else could you offer?
ibedeadpeople: (but that requires being serious)

I don't know. Something for pain, I guess. Rubbing alcohol, maybe. I can't let it get infected...
ibedeadpeople: (don't mess with texapanifornia)

There's a big hole in my leg, it's kind of all my concern.
ibedeadpeople: (maybe not a stepladder)

[aaand irritation quickly fading back to awkward embarrassment]

...Kind of. Couple inches, five or eight or so.

[probably /o/ yeaaah unfinished threads]

[hesitates, then slowly unwraps the bandages (which look to be made from a torn blanket) to reveal a sizable gash through her calf, as if a large piece of bamboo was shoved through it, just missing bone. It's obviously been cleaned and wrapped carefully (you figure she didn't do it) but it doesn't seem like there's been much else done to it.]

Alright...

[follows hesitantly, though the only hesitation seems to be in putting weight on her leg, not following into the shrine]
ibedeadpeople: (oh crepe)

This is where you live?

Neat. Seems like a good place for training 'cause it's so cold.

[watching]

It's fine. It's just so hot all the time, the difference is more noticable. Easier to concentrate.

[trying very hard not to flinch. the stiltwalker got her pretty good, but it could've been a lot worse. seems fairly clean. though deep and wide]

You guys hang out together a lot, huh?
